  1. Romero and Alcala both have the potential to be at least middle of the rotation starters. Smeltzer may not have their ceiling. He can still pitch effectively in the major as he showed earlier. Celestino can be a good defensive outfielder. If those are not enough, they can always throw in Gonsalves and Cave.
  2. I didn't see it's for both. I just throw in three more. Celestino, Gonsalves and Gordon. Twins have enough talent in the minor league. Those 5 should not hurt the system much. It's sad to see Gordon and Romero go though.
  3. Romero, Cave, Gonsalves, Celestino and Gordon should be enough.
  4. I think Twins tried to release De Jong earlier. No team wants his service though.
  5. I like Davis and Diaz. I think they will be adequate MLB players in the future.
  6. MadBum has been in this league for quite some time. He's seen it all. I doubt it's going to get him angry. He knows how important it is to perform well in the post season though.
  7. MadBum is not an ace and I don't expect Twins to give up much for him. Gonsalves and Celestino should do it.
  8. I have no problem with that. I think MLB ranks him lower than Larnach. Twins should save as many pitching talent as possible. Jax and Enlow might have a bright future as well.
  9. Balazovic should be #5 prospect in Twins system behind Larnach. I don't expect anyone in the top 5 to be traded this season.
  10. I am not interested in seeing Schoop in Twins uniform next season.
  11. Apparently Sano has a lot more power. That's all.
  12. Well it's not all right if a team has more than one #5 though. Perez definitely looks more like #5, Gibson sometimes looks like #5. Now there is a problem here for a contending team.
  13. I have no interest in seeing Schoop next season, Arraez certainly can take his spot. Astudillo can take Castro's spot next season. Astudillo should stay as a catcher.
  14. From my observation Castro has plenty of strikeout looking, esp with runners in scoring position. I would like to see him become more aggressive in that situation. Btw, I am not interested in seeing him and Schoop in Twins uniform next season.
  15. Harper and Morin cannot last more than 1 inning period. After that they will be serving BP.
  16. Too bad his last name is Rogers. He is the only one arm in the bullpen I have faith in with a 1 run lead.
  17. Too bad we have only 1 Rogers.
  18. Harper, Morin, Parker and Magill are only supposed to appear when Twins are up by 5.
  19. Another strikeout looking for Sano, 3 more strikeouts today.
  20. Perez needs to be traded now, if not by the end of the season his ERA is going to be around 6.
  21. Sano has 95 at bat in 2019 so far, 45 of them are strikeouts. He is actually getting worse. Half of his at bat is going to be strikeouts.
  22. I would not want to see Cave again in Twins uniform. I would like to see Sano and Schoop sit on the bench as much as possible. Sano could ride minor league buses for a few weeks to get his head straight.
  23. Cave, Schoop and Sano are all automatic outs. Cave doesn't belong in the major league.
