I think I would go Bonds. Best plate discipline we will ever see. Clemens. Awful human being, but an incredible pitcher. Schilling. Similar to Clemens, but slightly worse stats and no roids. Rolen. Great two way player, and was a key part of a World Series winner. Helton. Yes, Colorado, but great career. Andruw Jones. Great defender AND slugger? (How is this guy so underappreciated!?!) Billy Wagner. Just remember his 100+ fastball... with that delivery...... unhittable. Sheffield. Never got suspended, and somebody has to make it from that Marlins team! Sosa. What a fun player to watch. Again, never suspended by MLB. Kent and Pettitte are only other contenders for me

I know this is about the name change, but with the Indians trading Carrasco and Lindor, I think they are not even a competitive team anymore...

99+ fastball and good slider. Seems like a Wes Johnson special to me..... Just needs more command of his pitches

Cleveland Spiders is the obvious and best choice, imo. Team history and a unique name!

I personally could never get tired of that song. One of the greatest ever. Jimmy Webb and Glen Campbell were an incredible duo.

Am I the only one that doesn’t get the Wisler drop at all!?! Had strong strikeout numbers, could pitch multiple innings, and could pitch innings 1-9. Had some walks issues, but that could have gotten better....He was only going to cost about $2 million, so it wasn’t a huge contract, and the Twins could have cut bait if needed..... Gibaut and Waddell need to be good for this to work out.....

2 years 15 million.... I would have been fine if the Twins brought him back in that contract, but I understand there are other needs that are bigger for the team
  8. Diesel
Wonder what the terms are.... if its 10 million per year as I suspect, I can see why the Twins didn’t spend that type of $
  9. Diesel
No, I love Kenta but he is under a long contract..... maybe boost his bonuses for his current contract? Hopefully the Twins learned from the Phil Hughes extension

Other than Joe Mauer (who will certainly get voted in), it’s Johan Santana. I get he had a short career, but his peak was very similar to Sandy Koufax. From 2003-2010, he was overall the best pitcher in baseball (in my opinion). 2 time Cy Young winner, and should have won a third.

Andruw Jones, Lofton, and Jim Edmonds probably deserve it over Torii. Great player, but not HOF worthy in my opinion. Of those mid 2000s teams, Johan Santana and Joe Mauer are the clear HOFers ti me, despite what the voters think

Aside from the givens, I would add Rortvedt and Rijo.... Griffin Jax would get some consideration as well. If needed, I think Astudillo and Nick Gordon could be waived or traded

Kepler is on a cheap contract, and has shown he can be really good. Unless he can bring a lot back, it wouldn’t be worth it. Same goes for Sano and Polanco.

My honest thoughts: 1. Kirilloff and Rooker need an actual shot next year. Eddie Rosario is expendable. 2. Try to bring back Cruz, but if not, use a rotating DH. 3. Give Royce Lewis and Blankenhorn the shot to replace Adrianza and Marwin (who won’t be resigned). 4. Do whatever it takes to bring back James Rowson. 5. Go all in on Trevor Bauer. He gives it his all, and will help the mentality of the team.

Nice job guys..... (Berrios and Maeda you guys were good, but oof...)

That wasn't even close to safe. What an awful ump crew

    Eddie...

Tony Diaz should not be third base coach. So many horrible sends. More than anyone else I have ever seen
  21. Diesel
Rocco is overmanaging taking Berrios out this early
  22. Diesel
That was a good jump by Kirilloff too
  23. Diesel
    Attaboy Kirilloff!
