I agree, kind of deflating coming on here at times. I come here to maybe learn something that I might not be aware of. But over the past year it’s just turned into trying to offer a brighter outlook and to try and stick up for our prospects. Seems like they get kicked and degraded constantly before the age of 23 or even reach the majors. I am on a Twins fan sight because I am a Twins fan. If I wanted non stop extreme pessimistic takes, I’d just watch the news. To many people twisting numbers, ages, and data to fit a narrative. I don’t need someone every day telling me how rough of shape the team is in. I have my own 2 eyes,

That is a solid question. One I haven’t the answer for yet. But I know I am not ready to give up on him before his first MLB at bat as Bean has.. I put more stock in what the coaches say than what Bean says, and no offense. I expect struggles at times, but also expect adjustments. Honestly I don’t see it as only two possible outcomes, struggle horribly vs success. But as continued development and somewhere between the 2 extremes.. And to that point he isn’t out of options yet, so I will allow this season to determine what happens going forward as opposed to writing him off at the age of 22/23. But I get your point as well, but there has been more than injuries that can cost a prospect time, without going into detail. Having followed him closely from before he signed with us, I believe in his talent to figure it out in the next 12-24 months.

First comparing Emma to Keirsey isn’t the most logical comparison. So I see how you might have been confused into thinking Keirsey was ever going to be more than he is. Totally different players. Second, he hasn’t debuted due to lack of talent, but due to availability, and you probably don’t know that availability isn’t always just injury related. Development is not linear and no two paths are alike. You can base your decisions on twisting around ages and throwing out untrue numbers and ages of players, as you wish. No need to mislead others though. And in the end being that it’s your or mine, opinions are just that, not factual. We will see how this pans out. I am of the belief he is good enough to make the roster and will enjoy watching him prove you wrong.

You must get smacked in the face…like a lot! Only thing hitting my face is sunshine and an ocean breeze. But i see why you are so so bitter and hateful. Sounds like it sucks were you are, You mention it 4 times, do you smack yourself or just does it just happen to you? You do you, but stop leading with your face it’s not helping u. Anyways, why is it that you like to announce your inability to afford tickets, tb, or spring training? I don’t need to know your issues. So many Twins fans take weird pride in not being able to afford Twins tickets. But, I will be thanking you and your irrelevant cohorts when the Twins relocate. 😁. We are not the same.

I am reminded of 2023… most of the loud negative “writers” on here were screaming to punt on that season before it even began! To me it sounds like a majority of TD gives up every year before the season starts. Hey negativity sells I guess. But it also spreads and Cody that is what you do best, create and spread negativity..

Yes, you are correct, unfortunately but I agree. Happens every time. Unfortunately, it seems more about reactions than actual good content. And not to offend anybody, but the same writers and moderators and commentators get so angry at the Twins for prioritizing $$$ over winning. While Twins Daily puts $$$ over actual content and most don’t see it’s the same thing.

TD’ers love the term pipeline. Sorry, just a funny observation.

I appreciate that mikelink45. Sorry, wasn’t trying to reference you., It was a couple others that started putting words in my mouth and then stating lies and calling them facts. Like a simple google search will tell a players age, and one poster in particular is always purposefully misstating players ages to push there opinion.. I was only wanting to say there probably is no good reason to granting him FA at this point in time and I stated it as just my opinion. Nothing more. I just didn’t understand how my opinion on such a small matter mattered to so many whom never replied to my comments. Have a good day Mike, thanks.

Why are you still comparing Sabato and Rooker? Two different players with different careers.

That’s what I get for asking a question on here I guess. I get angry answers from people I didn’t even ask a question from. Nothing personal @bean5302.. but do better.

I understand AAA players are granted FA and not released. I miss spoke. I w am still wondering why grant him FA now? Who is he blocking? I understand you are done with him. That’s fine. I’m not defending him as a prospect or player. I am wondering who is he blocking? Is your answer to grant any and all players free agency that probably won’t make the majors? Who would we have left for depth?

My only question is why release him now? Is he blocking somebody?

And furthermore your second lie is his age. Aaron is 26 not 27, so please do some research first. Thank you,, it will help your credibility if you don’t put words in peoples mouths and if you don’t twist ages and or statements to make a point.

To state I compared the 2 players at best is a lie. I never compared them so let’s start there. Second, and you should know this development is not linear. But I was asking another poster. Do you possibly have 2 screen names? Why cut him? Whom is he blocking? Just because he hasn’t lived up to what you wanted out of him? What value is there in releasing him at this point?
