  1. I'd love to have Escobar back at a reasonable price, I also like Cave much more than Granite. Better hitter and better arm.
  2. I believe you, but for the website, I think it's really close to 100%
  3. I wish there was a way to like this ten times...
  4. I read it as they would be teaching Molitor a lesson by releasing Belisle.
  5. My guess: Dozier to Seattle. Rodney stays( and Belisle, Morrison, and Wilson).
  6. Yes. .500 is my first threshold. The Twins have been under .500 for months, this is not anything new. The non waiver trade deadline is in a few days, moves have to be made. How anyone thinks we are contending 6-8 games under .500 is fooling themselves.
  7. We're blaming losses on the trades now? Anyone remember Kansas City? The FO absolutely did the right thing. The Twins are not even .500!
  8. And the talking heads seem to think he doesn't have any + pitches. Hopefully he turns out, but he seems far from a sure bet.
  9. Jhoan Duran
  10. Expendable is what Escobar is especially if Sano can do anything this year.
  11. It's too bad you give up so easily on these players, I think a couple of them could be nice players.
  12. I wish they would have been able to get some catching back in return with pitching. Seems we always love our outfielders though.
  13. Interesting outside the box trade, but I think I'd want some pitching coming back even at a lower level to accept this.
  14. If they extend him, I really hope they can get 2 years or if they have to 3 years. I like Romero and Graterol and think they both will be good MLB pitchers with potential to be great. I'm on the fence on Thorpe, he is an interesting prospect. Gonsalves could surprise, but all I here is not enough control with no plus pitches.
  15. Agreed, I don't see them as contender's next year, so I would at least listen to a trade. Contending next year is going to take a 180 from this season. I don't see it, especially if the payroll goes back down.
  16. You are not supposed to compliment Wilson, Rodney or Belisle on this forum. Shhhh.
  17. To be fair, I've never said I would keep someone without knowing the alternative. It doesn't make any sense.
  18. How can you say that without knowing the alternative?
  19. Prospects are definitely a gamble, and I'm not sold on dealing Gibson. He's in his 30's, so age has to at least be considered as well. Without no reported offers, it's impossible to say if I would deal him or not.
  20. The question was asked, I answered it. We don't know what teams are offering, so I have no idea what I would do. It would be more foolish not to listen.
  21. Because the trade could make the team better? He's the best trade chip they have?
  22. You may be right, you definitely trust them more than I do.
