  1. Yes I can't remember who's next.
  2. Just for kicks, I googled , What per cent of the population is left handed?.................only about 10%
  3. When and if Nick Gordon gets healthy, who do you choose between, if you had to, Gordon or Taylor?
  4. This late, with Vasquez up, I might have tried to bunt him over.
  5. Few moderators tonite. Is that a good thing?
  6. It's like ordering a nice steak and eating the outside fatty cut, hoping to save the best cut for last, only to fill up and leave the best cut on the plate or bring it home for the dog.
  7. Exactly. These guys mess up and then have to battle back, hitting the pitcher's pitch, or not barrelng up the good pitch to hit.
  8. Vasquez has no business hitting the ball in the air.
  9. Forget scoring a run, let's try moving the runner up a base.
  10. Pushing the ball to the right side, never crossed Castro's mind.
  11. Yeah, some of these guys are shy and not that talkative. Then someone tells them they're doing a good job and you can't shut them up.
  12. You want to look at something and become immediately nauseous? Check the starting lineup for the Rangers tonite, against the Rays.
  13. Kepler had me fooled. I thought he was just a calm guy who was struggling, but not bitching about it. Didn't know he's a little bit of a diva.
  14. Ok, deep breath. Inhale the optimism, , exhale the negativity. I think my COPD has just flared up.
  15. Scrubs has become an all encompassing term for this Twins team.
  16. Until ownership includes wins and losses as part of a success formula, nothing is going to change. Fans measure success in terms of the standings, while ownership/FO looks at the bottom line $. If we could work a compromise, I ultimately feel we can achieve both. More wins equals more revenue. More revenue should increase the payroll enough to bring in high quality players. Our product is entertainment, not widget production.
  17. I'm gonna beat this dead horse..............We need the vets to stand up, the fans to sit down, and the managment to look for other jobs,
  18. Despite all these shenanigans, the Twins can still turn things around in the division. The Twins are mediocre at best, the the rest of the Central is mediocre-er (sic). A hot streak and we could blow this division open. doesn't look like it is going to happen, but after the month of April, a lot of us thought we could dominate everyone else.
  19. A good part of the starting pitching is. The bullpen is not. The offense, well it's laughable. the defense takes a lot of time off.
  20. Which makes one wonder about things like leadership, gamesmanship, and game preparation.
  21. What we are witnessing is not Major League baseball.
  22. Where's the line in the sand drawn? When we're 10 games below .500, 20 ?, 30?........never?
  23. Jax for Ober is an upgrade, right now. Let's watch and see.
  24. I talked to my lawyer about filing a class action suit against the Twins. Basically, charging them with fraud and illegal insterstate commerce. He suggested that so many would join in on the lawsuit, that the pay out would be inconsequential.
