  1. The last 2 games Buxton scored the winning run on a Kepler RBI. Can't happen today because Buxton is batting after Kep.
  2. I also think Juiien should be starting, but the recent results of an all right hand lineup says if its not broke don't fix it. When a right hander comes in Rocco will go with his left hand bats and they can't be replaced should the WS go L-R-L. Hopefully Correa can do as well as Martin did.
  3. It makes sense to keep Miranda up, hopefully to show that 2022 wasn't a fluke. If he continues to hit and Lewis and Lee get healthy, I see Miranda as more of trade chip; either at the trade deadline or next winter. JMHO
  4. Lopez was one out from 5 perfect innings and now he has given 4 runs and facing Trout in a one run game.
  5. Surprised Julien or Kepler weren't in starting lineup. Detmers has given up a higher average to left hand batter than right, 236 v 192.
  6. Farmer doubles, I was going to say he should bunt.
  7. GameDay has Farmer in play no out. On the field it say "Oops something went wrong "
  8. I'.m following on Gameday, so a misplay shows up only as a double
  9. Miranda has been looking good. Santana with another RBI. Twins up 4-0
  10. Last year I thought he was one of the better "clutch" hitters. This year he can't buy a hit, whether him having weak contact or on the few occasions he has solid contact the defense makes a great play (thinking of Mullins in the Balt series). He seems to have brought his hitting woes into the field in not making the plays he could make. The only bright spot I can find is that last year he hit much better in odd months than even (.814 OPS in May, July & Sept vs. .601 OPS in Apr, Jun & Aug) Farmer was acquired to play SS before the Twins signed Correa. Is Castro a better SS or is Farmer better at 3rd?
  11. Okert's inability to get outs, means Jax is probably unavailable tomorrow.
  12. I was hoping for 3 in the 5th so SWR could get the win, now I hope Sands gets the W.
  13. I was wrong. He got the 3-4-5 hitters out. Now if the Twins can score 3 or more this inning, he will be line for the win.
  14. When the lineup was posted I thought it looked like a good getaway lineup, no Vazquez, Margot or Farmer. Its not working out, so far
  15. No Julien should have been in the starting lineup. He couldn't have been worse than Farmer!
