    Albert Dwayne Newman is an American former infielder in Major League Baseball who played for the Montreal Expos, Minnesota Twins and Texas Rangers. Newman was a switch-hitter and threw right-handed.

    Talked to him before a Twins-Orioles game in 1988 I attended. Always cherish that short but great conversation because of his journey and laughter - it was infectious
