Status of change in Posting Fee for Japanese Players

I'm sure it will eventually be put back together without the fee impacting the luxury tax but its always fun to read about tensions between the "haves" and "have nots".

 

Also, if they get the offer put back together, maybe it puts a little more pressure on the Japanese to act quickly.
