Another little nugget on him. He is currently the active leader in batting avg after Pujols bad year. Top three active by avg:

 

Mauer .323

Pujols .321

Cabrera .3208

 

And with some upcoming retirements, he's 3rd in OBP behind Votto and Pujols.
