HarmonK03 Verified Member Posted May 9 Posted May 9 Caratini is exactly what he has been his whole career, he is not a regular like they are trying to make him into. He will make a good play here and there but he is not a regular player. And on this roster with his salary he needs to be more of a difference maker than he is. That money would have been better spent on a relief pitcher. knothole61 1
Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted May 9 Posted May 9 Just now, mrtwinsfan said: OR Larnach ? Yeah I didn't think of him but you're right, I was thinking first baseman. You tempt the Cleveland fates for Jeffers to get hurt if you remove Caratini.

Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted May 9 Posted May 9 They're letting us hang around. Does that mean anything...
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted May 9 Posted May 9 How telling is that. Over and over our pen comes in and gives up the hits first batter, provides the opposite of relief and blows open the game or comes back in late innings. Cleveland’s pen comes in with bases loaded and rental Caratini strikes out on 3 pitches. Tale of two pens.
