I believe it was in 1989 last game of the season - Chip Hale base running blunder cost the Twins a chance at a .500 season and I remember reading about it as a kid and how it was such an odd occurrence for a Tom Kelly led team. Last few years, it is totally the norm for this group.

Certain players are just annoying and sometimes for no discernable reason. India. Isbel. Collins. The Royals have a few.
