Sounds like both sides agree at a 30M AAV, but Bellinger wants seven years while the Yankees want four or five.

Man, I love when the big market clubs make this mistake. How do these GMs not get overwhelmingly concerned when they notice a player recently has inconsistent yearly results, but the good results just so happen to occur in contract years?
