Which Current or Former Minnesota Twins Would Make Solid MLB Managers?

The hiring of Jason Kidd as the head coach of the Brooklyn Nets made me think of what Twins (past or present) would make a solid manager for a team in need. Many recent names on the list, but what do you think otherwise?

I think Dougie Baseball will eventually be the Twins manager...he just seems to have the IT factor with players. Also, I would love to see Koskie eventually come back for coaching. I could see Hunter coaching in the minors down the road. Drew Butera seems to be a student of the game as well. I am really surprised Brad Radke hasn't popped his head into coaching more...maybe that will change?

I can see all of those except for Torii. I can't see him trying to help other players get better.

 

I could see Perkins stepping into a coaching job after he's done.

Seems like Radke's kids were pretty young when he retired (obviously that wouldn't preclude coaching at high school/college level but makes it hard at the pro level).

 

I agree about Perkins -- seems like a student of the game but I could also see that turning into a TV/radio job instead of coaching.

 

And coaching looks like Butera's best bet.
