Many young players struggle to be patient. Parmelee's problem was the opposite.He was sitting on too many pitches, especially hittable ones early in the count from good pitchers. We always want to talk about how hitters need to be patient, and sometimes that can be to a fault. We saw it early with Aaron Hicks, but it was the same thing with Parmelee. Sometimes the best pitch you're going to see is the first one!
