When the Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act in 2013, written in the decision that was verbiage that stated that states could essentially do whatever they want to "fight voter fraud."

What has every new voting law this year shared in common?  That's right, a claim that the point of the new laws is to fight voter fraud.
