It was great the FO took the risk on this HS pitcher and spent the extra money to sign him. I wish they could have done more of the same in the 2012 draft.

Other teams figured out how to do go above slot w/o paying the luxery tax. And my memory says the Twins left money on the table - but I could be wrong about this.
