A fun story on two-time Twins prospect, RHP Todd Van Steensel. He signed with the Twins when he was young and then he returned a couple of years later and spent the past 5 seasons with the organization. He was released last August and has signed to pitch for the Saint Paul Saints. He woudln't keep pitching if he didn't believe he really could make it to the big leagues.

 

Fun story on his Taylor Swift fandom, his times with the Twins and what he's looking forward to with the Saints.

Completely unlikely but...... if he is pitching lights out for the Saints, can the Twins swoop in and sign him from the international league? I'm talking same season.
