Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted March 8, 2016 Posted March 8, 2016 Great article from Wetmore, explaining how the Twins are using new tech (called Catapult) in an attempt to better monitor player fatigue and reduce injuries. http://www.1500espn.com/twins-2/2016/03/the-twins-forward-thinking-approach-to-medical-technology-using-sports-bras/ Naturally, Ryan has his typical curmudgeonly quote, which cracked me up: “We’re not stuck in the past and [this effort] is not innovative,” Twins GM Terry Ryan said in his matter-of-fact way. “It’s something our training staff brought to me and I asked if it’s going to make us better. [if so,] then we’ll do it.” Interesting stuff.
