Salcedo Suspended 100 Games

Per the beat reporters, RHP Adrian Salcedo has now been hit with another suspension. This one is 100 games for testing positive for Heptaminol, a stimulant.

That appears to be the same substance that he tested positive for that got him the 80 game ban earlier this year.  

 

Apparently, some people never learn, or the Twins should help him find some sort of treatment facility... or both.

It's not a drug of abuse, a treatment facility would be pointless.

I don't know, it might give the guy a little buzz.  It is a cardiac stimulant after all.  Either way, it might not necessarily be that he needs treatment for the particular drug, rather the behavior.  

 

But, I would assume that his tenor with the Twins is most likely over.
