Stanton out w/ broken wrist bone

Marlins' outfielder Giancarlo Stanton is out for at least a month with a broken hamate bone in his left wrist.  Sounds like surgery will be required.

 

Sad news for baseball.  That injury can be pretty tough to come back from, too.

He should stop sliding head first.

 

But yes, terrible injury for a hitter, probably won't be right until next year.
