Farrell, Bochy, Giradi, LaRussa, Manuel, Francona, Torre, McKeon, Leyland and Cox all have won a world championship since 1995 and all had managed other teams previously.  John Russell was interviewed but I don't believe any other candidates have had major league managerial experience.
