I confess, nothing against Gordon, but I was still thinking as the draft approached, that SS Turner, who almost everyone dared dream would fall to the Twins with little hope, just might be the smart pick and a real steal. I just read scouting reports on Gordon that made me wonder in the skill set was enough to warrant the #5 pick in the draft. But as the draft grew nearer, I began to read reports of potential that had me greatly intrigued. A young ball player on the rise. And if these reports are accurate, I wonder if he might at least get a cup of coffee at CR before the season is done.

 

Would be awesome if he did. E-Town for a HS draft pick is rather rare.

 

Still wondering where Burdi might end up.
