Larson look like he has a good build. Baseball-reference has him listed as 6'2" 185 lbs. What kind of speed does he have?

I haven't really seen Larson have to demonstrate his speed much. He does have 3 SBs without being caught and stole a dozen bases in rookie leagues a year ago (caught twice). Covers enough ground, I think, in the corner OF spots.

Not a lot. He's definitely a corner based on reports I've heard. Decent arm. Decent range. Catches fine. Very solid. But not a speed guy. Smart ball player and he can flat-out hit.
