LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 About as many runs as a lineup of lefthanded hitting Aaron Hicks.Ouch. Too soon.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2014 Author Posted April 6, 2014 A win today would put the Twins in a tie for the 1st Wild Card spot, it's time to start scoreboard watching.

I sent her a link to the recent news item regarding his new contract, telling her that she missed her chance.

Ultima Ratio Verified Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 How many runs would a lineup of nine Florimons score in a season? 100? Less? About as many runs as a lineup of lefthanded hitting Aaron Hicks. If Hicks and Fmon batted 1 and 2, that would give this lineup the SPEED we need at the top.

Plus, it would mean we would be at .500 at least once during the season. I know I should aim higher for my goals for 2014, but I really want us to be at 500 at least once (unlike two years ago).

Now, if the marraige somehow came with a trade to the Twins for Jason Bartlett...

mikecgrimes Verified Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Nice work by the Indians audio department playing crazy train even though they called strike 3, that could get the guy ejected by some umps.

Gibby Provisional Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Yeah, statistically they would have to get HBP sometime, right? I think they will shine legging out passed ball strikeouts.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Ahh I See... Your Daughter is a pickpocket. That is sooooo much better than I was expecting from somebody here that I'm going to just go with that take on things and say yes, exactly.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 That reminds me of the time Greg Lougaines tried to get into my pants. You missed your chance.

Gibby Provisional Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Joe West or Hunter Wendelstedt? Ozzy Osborn.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Bartlett looks sharp wearing the Oakleys.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Could someone remind me why Jason Bartlett is still in the MLB?
Fatt Crapps Provisional Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 That pitch wasn't close. Oh well Bartlett tooked terrible up there.

Craig Arko Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 So now both Arcia and Willingham are day to day. Should be an interesting outfield for the opener.
GCTF Verified Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Colabello continues to get seeing eye hits. I'll take it. Bert is probably wondering what his bah-bip is so far this season.
BigTrane Provisional Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 He's clearly not breathing through his eyelids. Rose goes in the front.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Because he looks sharp wearing Oaklies. Yeah, the quotes from Gardy we were seeing about him looking good during spring training take on different meaning now that I see him.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2014 Author Posted April 6, 2014 Nice play by Plouffe... If he plays defense like that... I won't worry about his offense.
