Gaging value in relief pitichers is always a difficult task given that they are prone to issues with small sample size. Many relievers who were good one season will regress the next, and as we've seen with Blake Parker, guys who were nothing special can turn into a very good option. Regardless, it was, without question, a point of contention this offseason among TD readers about the front office getting more help for the pen.
