A good farm system can do that. So, with that in mind let’s review the previous drafts in the Falvey era, not to grade them but to see how Falvey. Random thought here. There's been a lot of buzz about the historically good rookie trio of Julien, Wallner, and Lewis, but I haven't seen anyone observe that this happened despite the Twins' farm system being fairly low-ranked coming into the season, and for the last couple of seasons for that matter.
