    Not sure of the political angle, but socially as we use more remote connecting rather than in person communication a lot of objectification can occur. its part of our DNA to compartmentalize things for easier usage and recall. Direct human interaction engages all our senses without even trying. Remote communication is a subset of all we experience in personal interaction so lends itself to easier and more compartmentalization. It's the nature of the beast and we all have to take measures to "stay whole".

    He's playing through physical issues, but I think it's now hurting the team and he needs to go on the injured list, though I'm not not sure who starts in his place until Zebby and Pablo can come back.

    Yes. He worked very hard on his swing and approach to hitting last winter and looks more athletic this year with really good swing choices and it's showing up in the results. This is the type of work and success that gets you promoted so we'll see what happens.

    Sheez. It was 0-0 after four. I go take a shower to get cleaned up, and its 10-0. Great. Next time it's 0-0 after four i'm gonna feel compelled to go take a shower. Why couldn't it have been I went to the kitchen to make a sandwich and get a beer.
