  1. Because if you already have YouTube TV, that $20/month extra for a Twins app is an additional $20/month. The $73/month for YouTube is irrelevant since you're already paying that anyway. It'd be whatever it cost you to add a "Twins package" to YouTube that would be the difference. Assuming the package on YT is less than $20/month, it's cheaper to go that route.
  2. In theory, giving access to a Hulu or YouTube makes it cheaper for the consumer and thus expanding to more households than a standalone app alone would. I'd personally be more inclined to add a sports or Twins package or whatever to Hulu than paying for yet another app. Assuming the math worked out, of course. I imagine that @Vanimal46 is referring to revisiting revenue sharing after their TV structure has been gutted. That's a significant piece of the pie that leans heavily towards the larger market teams. Existing revenue sharing structure may not properly rebalance that sharing as proportionally as it should in this case.
  3. Ok, so it does help cable subscribers but still leaves streamers hanging to a degree. I suppose overall, that's an improvement but still leaves streamers few options unless you want to chip in $20/month just for Pads games. At least with the Bally's app, you got two teams (no twins obviously) for that price.
  4. Am I reading this correctly? They eliminate streaming blackouts but only if you pony up another $20/month or $75 for the remainder of the season? And if you already have an mlb.tv subscription, it doesn't get you around the blackout rules?
  5. Better clone a few extra ACLs for Lewis while you're at it.
  6. Nice to see Lewis picking up where he left off.
  7. And I bet the way to get Correa out of there involves a bouncer!
  8. That would qualify if it started before the game actually did or started to violate the posting policy.
  9. Nope. Must stay on topic. Which tonight, is pizza.
  10. My calendar seems to confirm that it is indeed!
  11. I was going to ask if he likes Scotch on his pizza though.
  12. I enjoy a good garbage pizza. Just no pineapple!
  13. I don't live under the sea, so I think I'm safe. But one can never be too safe! Check your pineapples before eating!
  14. I'm not a pineapple anything guy, so by default, no!
  15. It means that endless and regurgitated negativity isn't tolerated in the game threads. You can be critical of game specific things, but you still have to abide by the site's posting policy.
  16. They've got a pretty good house special. I prefer their thin crust, but I haven't had a bad pie yet.
  17. I didn't think too much pizza was possible.
  18. Hopefully endless pizza ads if you're hungry.
