    Crap defense and crap pitching aren't a good combo. Doesn't matter how much you hit at that point. You're not going to outhit a good pitching team on a consistent basis.

    Man, been gone for a few days and I come back to a game that wasn't 5-0 in the third. A nice change of pace!

    Of those options, I like 2 the best and it is what I would look for in a trade. I just think that an established arm would be too expensive. I also really like the idea of most of the young guys potentially peaking at the same time. Bringing in an almost ready minor league SP would fit that bill.

    I've actually seen Charo. She was performing on a cruise that my wife and I were on. I had little desire to see her, but my wife really wanted to go so of course we went. I didn't realize she played guitar either. I have to say that I came away really impressed with her classical guitar skills. I didn't care much for the rest of it, but I did really enjoy her musical talents.

    I second the Thymes Frazier fir candle. It really is awesome. I just wish that they weren't so expensive. Their hand soap is equally as awesome and equally as insanely priced.
