  1. What's this timely hitting stuff? This is much more entertaining to watch/listen!
  2. At least they have one guy that can drive in a run every so often!
  3. They're not pure evil though! I'm starting to connect some dots...
  4. I think his new fad diet will actually win many over though. He's either on something or onto something.
  5. Somewhere between excess and malnutrition.
  6. That sounds like a jinx if I've ever heard one.
  7. Beer and pretzel diet for lunch now? That's what you decided isn't it?
  8. Trying to decide if I'm still scared from the previous one or if I'm now frightened by a dinosaur cat.
  9. Wow. That is tough. My problem was/is portion size. Once I reigned that in, I've had good luck keeping it off. I can eat basically anything I want, but it has to be in moderation.
  10. Getting going is the hard part. Once you find that routine and make the adjustments, it starts coming off easier. I've lost 30 pounds a couple of times. I learned better habits the second time around and made the correct adjustments. I've settled in now where I'm not missing out on food that I really like yet not over doing it. Everything is fine in moderation! Maybe not everything, but moderation is the key.
  11. You've seen this pitching staff, right?
  12. Well, you're scaring the children! CHANGE IT BACK!!!!
  13. I either have a salad or some fruit and yogurt. I've been doing that for quite a while now. It may not always be overly filling, but I find if i have a big lunch now I get really sleepy. Sometimes though, those cravings for a juicy burger or something wins out anyway.
  14. No doubt. That's a nasty situation. At least it happened in August and not when school was actually in session.
  15. Fiesta Winery sounds like it should bottle Tex-Mex varieties. At least Texas would have a longer growing season than MN. I don't care much for many of the local varietals, but I've found a couple of good rhubarb wines that I like. They've got to be chilled pretty well, but they're decent enough that I buy a bottle now and then.
  16. Yeah, I've found the bubbly varietals to be more hit and miss than their "flat" cousins. I either really like them or I don't like them at all. I do like a white merlot or syrah with a burger though. I don't really do that often enough.
  17. It sounds like you got plenty of nutrients on the day. Plenty of grains, dairy and veggies. Decent enough diet!
