Was that like a 30 second ban?
-
I think Houston may have known that bunt was coming.
-
Wait, Chief has a time machine too? Naw. Naw... This doesn't add up at all.
-
Well, I think I'll pass on them now. But if it were a perfect world and I had a time machine...
-
Do I have to choose between those two?

Aluminum is too expensive these days. They all use the paper trays now. Not that I'd know... I only make nutritious food... um... yeah... That's what I do.
-
Yeah... no Churches. We're heathens up here.
-
I only forgot because of what Perkins did... or failed to do. Whichever way you look at it.
-
I suddenly forgot what Arcia and Pinto did to not deserve pizza or KFC.
-
Ok, Crazy. Just kidding... It's hard not to like KFC.
-
And fans get upset with him being thrifty... I don't get it. Free KFC biscuits are amazing.
-
The big buckets? And does that come with slaw and biscuits?
-
Maybe he and Pinto only get cheese pizza, and the rest of the team can dig in at the buffet.
-
Let's hope that's the only one he has.
-
Does the rest of the team get pizza?
-
I did see the "run down". It was pretty little league-ish though. I thought Japan just won that though. 2013 Little League World Series I still think the Twins could take those guys though... maybe.
-
Meh. I don't really care as long as there is talent on the team. It's good to see the team finding good players where ever they may come from though.
-
Sorry, I was in class, so I missed a lot of the game/thread. It looks like everyone is going to bed.
-
They will have to go through the posting system, assuming that his team actually posts him. Then, they have to come in with the highest bid. That's just to get the rights to negotiate with him. I like the idea of going after this guy, but other teams will be after him too. I hope the Twins see something they like and are very aggressive with their bid.

Article: Twins Trade Justin Morneau To Pirates
James replied to howeda7's topic in Twins Daily Front Page News
OK. Something good could come from this. -
Arizona threw in a ton of cash along with Kubel. They're paying the rest of his salary and including the cash to buy out his contract option as well. With all that, they're still only getting a "fringe" prospect. So, it might not be a great return.
-
And Kubel is back in the AL Central. He's been traded to Cleveland: Indians Acquire Jason Kubel: MLB Rumors - MLBTradeRumors.com

It doesn't help that Vavra is still with the club. I could see some of the other players still going to him for advice as well. They may be sending mixed messages. Then again, Vavra is a professional and could be telling players seeking his advice to go to Bruno instead. Who knows. I'd say his job is secure for now though.

Now, I don't want Sano to be called up for September. I don't want him to be around this.
-
I think if it were put to a vote, the "ayes" would have it.
