  1. They scored 48 points In mullens’ two starts. In dobbs last 3 starts, they scored 30 points. Dobbs was given a fair shot, he’s not owed anything
  2. Yards can lead to points. That’s like saying getting hits is pointless if you don’t win. I’d rather the lineup that can get 8 hits on a nightly basis
  3. And that’s certainly not high praise, but the team clearly felt he was good enough to back up Kirk two years in a row. I don’t fault the Vikings for having him on the roster. In fact I wouldn’t be shocked if he’s back next year (although unlikely). Mullens would have been fine as a short stint fill in. Asking him or any backup quarterback to play half a season, his shortcomings are going to be exposed. I just don’t think there are very many truly solid backups in the league. There aren’t even 20 solid starters.
  4. Yuck, no thanks. Mullens is the only one of the 3 who showed consistency moving the ball. It’s unfortunate that his mind goes bonkers and he turns the ball over too much with wild throws he shouldn’t make. I think at the end of the day, you go with the guy who can move the offense. They all turn it over way too much but Mullens at least has reasonable throwing accuracy
  5. He’s no Foge Fazio, that’s for sure
  6. JJ McCarthy with one of the worst interceptions you’ll see, right off the bat. Although negated by a penalty. He’ll fit right in in purple!
  7. Lost in the moment is that the Vikings are now in last place, albeit tied with the bears. Did NOT see that coming after 6-4 happened
  8. To be fair I was pretty drunk from about midway through the 2nd quarter on 😂
  9. Wow. Maybe they were smaller blitzes then. Barely noticeable
  10. The more I think about what happened last night, the more I get the feeling that the team knew they had no shot going in considering the quarterback and injuries. That was the worst game of the year. KOC gave the people what they wanted, knowing it would be a disaster.
  11. Yes and that goes back to zimmer too, who was always good for drafting bad players in the secondary. But still, we need lots of help on defense.
  12. It really didn’t seem like they blitzed much at all
  13. You had guys open by 15 yards on plays where Love just ran around for a while. Looks like the secondary had no clue about coverages
  14. I don’t even know how you describe tonight defensively. It literally looked like a tank job. I don’t believe it was but I don’t know how else you explain tonight defensively. Injuries? They blitzed maybe a few time and played 12 yards off the line. And the tackling was as poor as I’ve ever seen. 53 first downs allowed in 2 games. WOW
  15. You’re insane
  16. I think we need to draft defense, whaddya say
  17. Boy that was ****ing embarrassing. As predicted
  18. Green Bay still throwing. Bc of the timeouts
  19. This was like an opt out game. 2-6 at home and swept at home in the division. Mercy
  20. KOC calling timeouts down by 23 points with 2 minutes left
  21. They just put a path to the playoffs up for the Vikings. It should have been a link to Ticketmaster
  22. 25 first downs, 400 yards. 52 first downs allowed in not even two full games. That’s shocking
  23. It’s actually embarrassing to watch Jordan love tear the defense to pieces
  24. Is the defense doing this intentionally
  25. Ineligible downfield in week 17
