I prefer Duensing as the 2nd lefty in the pen. But he looked good last time out as SP so I say leave him there for the time being.

Thanks for replying with what I would have said. If I was a voter, I would vote based on individual performance, not basing it on playoffs. But that's how the vote goes most of the time unfortunately.

I didn't get to see him run the bases, but I definitely can say he has a strong arm.

If the Angels make the playoffs I see no reason for him not to at least be close to winning it. They we're playing some awful baseball before he came up. They literally turned it around when he came up. Or Bobby Abreu was holding the team down.

I prefer to leave Parmelee down there so he can play everyday. Why not bring up Matt Carson for a little bench pop? I really don't see anybody in AAA that would be able to sit on the bench up here and be able to be a valuable PH. Maybe they should trade someone for a MLB PH? Maybe a Lyle Overbay type? I mean, Dozier is really the only one of the "A" lineup you'd consider a PH for with who we have on the bench anyways. I just do not understand the fuss over carrying 3 catchers right now. The lack of options at AAA make it reasonable, and Butera can handle being on the bench for days at a time.

I can only speak about the game I attended a few weeks back, but all three came into play. He was having trouble getting the ball out of the glove, which looked huge for an IF glove. His throws were solid, but all were high. He has a stutter step that probably is caused from trying to get the ball out of his oversized glove.

24 errors is a lot at this point of the season, but I just don't understand how he's still using an OF glove.

Chill dude. I am not expecting him to be here any earlier than 2014. But the mistakes I saw are inexcusable. When the throw is the same every time then something isn't right. Nobody should be stutter stepping on every ground ball, and really on any play. But my biggest beef is that he's using a glove way too big for an IF. Somebody has to be seeing this stuff.

I was there Saturday as well. What are your thoughts on Sano as a 3B? Mine are he's horrible. -
I went to the game in Beloit last night. Sano looks awful at 3B. Every throw was 8 feet or higher, he has a stutter step on every grounder hit to him, and looks likehe uses an OF glove, as he had issues getting the ball out of his glove each time. I would have thpought major issues like these would have been worked out by now.

I have two rules I'd like to propose: 1) Ban the Wave. It is pathetic , but even worse when it is a 1-0 game that I'm trying to watch and can't see because people are standing up when every pitch happens. Or the person starting the wave is incessantly screaming in my ear. 2) Ban wedding proposals. The first time was pretty good, but it happens at every game now.

Umpires are disciplined, we just never hear about it. It's usually assumed if an umpire isn't with his usual crew it is because he's on vacation. I believe that it is written in the bargaining agreement with the umps union that these matters are to remain private and not discloed to the public. Which is a complete joke in my book.
