    I don't mind the Japan games considering it is more popular there. Look at all the other sports. NFL has games in London, NHL starts in Europe. It's the way the world is now. Everything is global. I would rather have all the other games start on one day. I never liked the idea of having one game open the season a day or too early. NFL does it too. It's all about the $$$ though...

    On one note...I agree with @_2244. Please lets not start another flame war. It's not needed. Scary stuff here. Just fell of her bike. Sometimes things like this happen. So glad shes ok. It's good that Marquis will start in AA so he can be close to home. I hope he can get his head straight and contribute to the team. He should dedicate this whole season to Reese and go dominate!

    Looks like the Rays didn't want to play one more inning, so the game ends in a tie.

    Burnett goes first no matter what. If Hendriks does great, it will be a tough call when Baker is back.

    I don't think it's been set in stone, but it should be Plouffe. With the outfielders we have I could see some rotating going on.

    Burnett should only be around until Baker gets back. Otherwise I'm happy with the team. Bullpen has alot of new faces but I think they should do fine. I love that Parmelee and Burroughs made the team. Best bench we've had in a few years. Bring on the season!

    I agree. You never know what will happen until the season starts. Speaking of Star Tribune comments: I love how you can't get through one Twins article without someone whining about tax money being for used for Target Field. It was 6 years ago. Get over it!

    Parmelee - Possible ROTY? Baker - If he can get his elbow figured out, should have a good year.

    Wow, this is exactly what I think the roster will be. Biggest questions is if Baker and Marquis are going to be starting right away.

    Guzman has had such and up and down career. In his good years he was fun to watch.

    I think Capps will get more then 10 saves, besides that looks pretty good. Mine: Morneau hits 40+ HR

    Jack, how do you know that any one of those people would do better then Gray or Maloney? You don't. You can say whatever you want about our bullpen is terrible, and I can say that it will be fine, but until the season actually starts, we don't know. Have some faith. Geez I swear all the negativity on this forum is getting old. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work. Just give it a chance before you start calling the season a disaster.

    This is something I have used on other forums. Whenever a new account is created, they are not able to post in any threads until an admin changes their authority. We could create a thread that they can post in so they can prove they are not a spammer, then they can be promoted. The down sides of this is it does create more work for the admins since they have to approve everyone, plus it might deter some people from starting an account knowing they have to do this. It should clear out any spam accounts though. Thoughts?
