    Joe at 62 pitches after 5 innings. Unless something blows up really badly, we should probably expect at least 7 innings from him tonight. Hopefully, even more.

    May not be quite ready yet. But that doesn't mean he shouldn't get a first look sometime fairly soon. I believe he also has some recent experience at first.

    My thoughts exactly. Royce isn't even guaranteed a return trip to TC at any point in time, let alone to a position he's played before. KC is certainly a part of the near and long-term future of the team. Royce, not so much anymore.

    I fully expect that Gabby will get at least one plate appearance before the game is over. Maybe even some time in LF, too.

    Prielipp not fooling anyone so far. Game is already virtually over after the first inning. Highly unlikely we'll score enough runs to even tie, let alone take the lead. Sigh!
