    Lets wait until the hangover is over before we go and analyze the mlb draft. For christ sakes 3 years is too early much less a few (obviously) blackoutish hours. Eades has some room to grow and could add some velo to his fastball. He was considered a mid first rounder at one time and was ranked by most in top 50...so lets get off the bridge and untie the noose. In 5 years, Eades could be a 3, 4, or 5 starter and stewart could be going through his second tj. Just wait and see is all im saying.

    No offense, but Strasburg wasn't even drafted out of high school in all 40 rounds (i don't think). He played under Tony G. But he was technically a high school pitcher at one time.

    Also, stewart is a 2013 recruit while this kid is still a junior in high school. Basically tye same kid but a year younger. This changes nothing for Stewart's leverage

    So gray was up late studying and took adderall to stay focused...sounds ok to me. As for stewart...he was the number 6 qb in his class so he still has some leverage.

    Keep him in CR I say. If he isnt dominating low A, keep him there. We also need to remember he probably needs to work on his english and living on his own in US. Like someone already stated, these are kids.

    What about last year's Dominican Signee Minier? Too soon to rank him. For the bonus he got you've got to think he could be a top 50 guy right, if not for the only fact that he got such a large bonus?

    The scout likes him after seeing him person. Opposed to most of us on this site that look at his stats on milb.com on a nightly basis. Ill take the scouts take (pun indended).

    Did tony gwynn get traded when his team sucked? Did ripkin get traded? These type of players dont get traded. Mauer is a first ballot, top 5 catching HOF. I dont get the "I am not a big mauer fan" guys. Why not? Because he doesnt hit 20 bombs and strikeout alot? Maybe we should trade him for adam dunn?

    Since we are talking prospects, how long will May be a starter? Seriously, if he were to have the same or worse control issues, how long to you keep trying him as a starter. I know you do everything in your power to keep him starting. But at what point do you put a guy in the bullpen? Or do you wait until he proves he can't be a starter in majors like Perkins? This should be a thread all by itself but I thought I would ask.

    I promise this is my last burn, but I sure hope Thylos wasn't the source of those rumblings. Also, I would be shocked if Sano AND Buxton didn't get call ups after all-star games. Shocked. I would also put my house (ok 1 bedroom apartment I pay rent on) that Rosario will be moved up. I would bet the over that Walker moves up to Ft. Myers. The 2 AA pitchers, I would think stay the entire year.
