    Remember Noah Davis's first outing with a beginning ERA of over 19 went up, so I am not sure if it will go down.

    Abel and Bradley don't fit with the bulk strategy. And also they are going to work with them in AAA because it obviously can't be done up here. Just have to remember Falvey is playing chess and the rest of the league is playing checkers. And they just claimed another 30 year old reliever from KC. For a rebuilding team we seem to be stockpiling relievers that have no value.

    Yes he has played a few games at 2B.

    The Twins are going to be using bulk guys. That is why they are not calling up any starters. They are going to force feed their bulk pitching philosophy because of course they are smarter than anyone else.

    Why wouldn't it be Matthews pitching, it would be his day if they had any kind of rotation and stuck to it. Are they just going to make it up every day.

    Falvey is the smartest man in baseball and he has shown it with all his successes.

    I was really hoping Julien would develop into a contributor but it doesn't look like it will happen here. His defense did improve but then he regressed again. He needs to be given a look at 1B. But according to Rocco. Clemens and Gasper are set there and Julien will only play there in certain configurations whatever that means. This also means we won't see the end of Gasper any time soon as they don't seem to have confidence in Julien over there. If only there was another option, cough Sabato.

    This team is very LH with all the deadline deals. You would think they would try to balance it out but Falvey is the smartest man in baseball so who I am to question.

    Fitzgerald is only up here to be the backup SS, there are no other options. They don't trust Martin or Lewis to play there and need someone to play there when Lee needs a day off.

    Name one other time that a team traded 10 players at the trade deadline or even in the offseason.

    My guess is it will basically be a bullpen game. They are still short one starter on the roster. But it still doesn't make sense if this is a rebuild why is Urena getting innings other than in St. Paul.

    Over reliance on analytics, needs to be used as a tool. Getting one run at least keeps us in the game until our better hitters come up to bat.

    So use your two best relievers before the 9th inning in a tie game.

    But why is he on the roster to be that option. Play the guys that have a chance to be here next year.

    Is Gasper really the best option we have in the organization. Get him off this roster. And I don't care if he gets lucky and gets a hit, he is not a major league player.

    I usually make it until 7;30 but it gets earlier every week.

    It wasn't Martin in the on-deck circle he had the hit, it was the new guy Roden.

    Falvey said this team has talent and has underperformed. He just gave all the reasons Rocco should be fired. Is anybody awake at the wheel.

    They don't have a show for road games.

    So they are not ready to contribute immediately as Falvey stated. Bradley is the one that should be ready if you trade one of your best relievers for him. And he has 65 starts in the major and we have an opening in the rotation. So keep defending Falvey, but just remember he just tore down the roster that he built and produced one playoff win in nine years. Most GM's would have been fired for this performance.

    Now is the time to start working with them and get them exposure or do you not have faith in our staff at the major league level. You are not competing with the 30 somethings so no it is not irrevelvant which is the opposite of what Falvey said. So keep defending him if you want but he needs to go, he has no plan or vision for this club.
