And on a completely different not a friend has had a flight cancelled and the airline has apparently passed him off not just to one other entity, but a 3rd. This brings to mind the old time movie/radio show intro: which might not be Dr. Demento worthy, but is still pleasant to consider before a ball game in my humble opinion... -

But who calls it, if the umps are also off? PS If a game thread comment is posted on an off day, and no one is there to read it, does it make a noise? PPS Is there a comic who slays all those who don't slay themselves?What do they find funny? And Chief, to quote a famous masked man " i do not envy the headache you have when you awake, but in the meantime sleep well, and dream of large...." (i thought it tactful not to finish the quote... maybe i'm learning?)

Ps i think i mentioned elsewhere i preferred sire over sir as an honorific ( but didn't mention i preferred either over boss) but i hadn't considered weird... Weird sampleSizeOfOne has a ring to it. He swiped early and so missed the arm coming in and got the chest/shoulder after the hand had touched the plate. I feel the request to challenge him for blocking the plate was so absurd Cleveland should lose their challenge even suggesting it. But that's just me.
