    I'd be with you if he wasn't already in arbitration and getting "real" money for a team on a super tight budget. This year is very likely a lost year, so if he's ever good, he'll be way more money than they can afford if they have Martin, Jenkins, ERod, Roden, GG available.....

    I have no idea if Wallner has made an adjustment that will work, or if he'll be healthy this year. What I'm fairly sure of is that no team on a budget should give up on a guy like Wallner. You might not like how he gets the results he does, but they are above league average for hitters. ME? I'd have put him at first base or DH and put Roden in right, but luckily for all, I'm not in charge. Now that they have not done that, keep him in RF for 2 months and see what happens.

    I'd be ok with one third or fourth of his starts at third also. But if he's ever playing SS in Minnesota, something went very wrong..

    Just put winokur in the OF already. DeAndrade is undervalued, imo. Lots of high risk upside on this roster. Should be exciting and frustrating at times.

    Agreed. My only hesitation about drafting with the future in mind.... They were a blown kick coverage from making the playoffs, desire horrible QB play.... Give me day one starters, so no OT in round one or two for me. Do I think they are a SB contender? No. Have carrier crazy things happened where good teams win a lot? Yes.

    1-2 on the road against a very good to good team.... Could have been worse, could have been better, but it's reasonable. Other than Clemens hitting leadoff, which is indefensible, but it's anti math, so most of this board must love it.
