  1. I was ready to trade him in the off season, but I get why they didn't. Looked like a great trade for some time...... There complete inability to develop OL picked in the mid to late rounds needs to be addressed. Or, really, any players not picked early.
  2. And a bad QB. I see on another site people blaming koc.... This isn't on the coach.
  3. Hard to win with no starting OL....
  4. Can't watch..... So far I don't feel like I've lost anything.
  5. Tale of two nines yesterday chipping. Sigh.
  6. No one else is reporting this, so it must be my phone.
  7. Cleared my cache. Restarted. Logged out. Nada. It's the only site that does this. Now I'm just totally curious why.
  8. Maybe he wasn't great? He seemed quite good in college.
  9. Blinks not in dark mode also.
  10. Samsung 24. The entire site blinks and I can't do anything when it's dark. If I time it right, I can act. It never stops.
  11. Still happening.
  12. Clemens has put up more fWAR this year than Hoskins has the last two years combined. I have zero interest in Hoskins, and I can't see why any team with a limited budget would want him. He has been replacement level for the last two years. I don't get this at all. Need a backup SS for sure. Preilipp will be in AAA rotation, though I'd make him a RP. I'd also make Horn a RP. Festa is out for at least 6 months, I'd guess. I hope they DFA Outman, but he could be on the roster (I hope not). I agree with others, no rookie that is a possible star comes up until May, alas.
  13. if you are dealing Ryan, you are punting on 2026, imo. I'm more interested in maximizing upside at that point. I hope they don't deal him, I think. I don't think this is a winning team, but I could be wrong if they have the nerve to promote Jenkins and Gonzalez right away and they work out......but they aren't likely to do that (promote them or be stars asap), imo. Everything has to go perfectly for 2026 to be a very good team, and the odds of that are tiny. IF you are dealing Ryan, his value will never be higher than this off season (2 years, and every team bidding).

  15. Why what? Why don't I want a 28 year old, or why do I think if I'm trading Ryan I want multiple prospects, not 1 MLB player that is good, but not great?
  16. Why? He's worth zero war, and he will cost five million dollars. I can't see any reason to bring him back, with 4 legit OF prospects in AAA, and the ability to sign a random OF for less money that does as much or more than him.
  17. He also blamed others for losses, and refused to switch positions (see, Betts, Mookie, for how to act).
  18. Agreed. He sounds very ME centered. That said, plenty of stars are that way, so I'm not sure that indicates if he's going to be great (again) or not. Or healthy. If you trade him, you take a real chance he's a star. Or hurt. Or mediocre. I keep him around, but I'm not thrilled with it. I admit I never liked the pick.....
  19. I'd claim him for sure, and move him to the BP next year. 100x out of 100.
  20. Given your constraints, the list is fine. I agree with nicksaviking, I don't want anyone that old. I understand your constraints, but I guess if they are dealing Ryan, I don't get why I want a MLB player back.....
  21. It's hard to see why Larnach would be back....not just the money, but he's literally replacement level. Take a chance on someone else. He might be dealt, and if he is, I hope they go for a young guy with high risk upside over a mediocre RP. I can't see Ober being non-tendered....he'll be back or traded. Lewis on the bubble? Is that just to get comments (damn, it worked)? Both questionable RPs should be non-tendered. You can find those guys from other teams (or bring them back for the minimum after no one signs them).
  22. Dude has been done for a couple years. Desperation mode was signing him, imo.
