    The odds of anyone starting that way being good are very low.......very. Pointing out outliers doesn't prove much. I'd DFA Gray, and call up Roden, and play one of those two in CF when Buxton isn't playing.....or when Buck is DH (that's not great for having Bell....).

    Sure, but call up Roden for CF backup, and put Kriedler at SS....this isn't rocket science. Gray is awful.

    It all depends on the offers for me. If they get a great offer, I think they have to deal him. If they don't, I understand keeping him thru the end of this year.

    No chance he declines 23 million for one year, imo. I think they can get a 45+ player back. I'd partner him with another minor league player to get more..... But I'm no GM.

    They'd have to offer him five years, fifteen per.... Yes, go to three catchers. Put Buxton on the IL, option Fedko, call up Roden. Jeffers on the team until traded, because they aren't paying him.
