    The one position the Twins are deep on in the minors with TOP prospects is OF. No way I'm dealing for another OF prospect. And who's your catcher? I just don't like this idea. It might be fair in a vacuum, though I think the Twins get more, but it doesn't make sense in context of the Twins. If, and it's a big if imo, Jax is a legit starter, he's more valuable here unless dealt for a SS or C or elite 1b.

    Which isn't real.... This is not good short term. We did team a valuable lesson though. They'll cut spending a year before they have to, but where do they spend the savings?

    The same staff that was here in 2023 when they finished strong? I don't get this idea that somehow they forgot how to coach.....the easiest explanation is the players didn't play well.

    Players don't force they way up in MN., They only come up if there is an injury or terrible performance (and even then, it doesn't always happen). I can see Jenkins staying down all year, so they can start him in 2025 and hope for rookie of the year.

    Treading water would have been better. I think it's obvious that one of two things is true.... The FO isn't all that bright, it the payroll situation changed. It's pretty clear, to me, it's the second. To your point about picking a lane, I think they have. 85 wins and hope.
