  1. Joe Ryan hasn't been great lately. It appears to be a consistent trend of second half struggles for him. Hopefully it is something that can be fixed.
  2. Is that Carlos Correa? Oh, no wait that's Trevor Larnach
  3. If they fire Rocco, which I don't think they will, they will at least let him finish out the season
  4. If the Twins played in St. Paul, with only 7,210 seats, they would probably sell out a lot more. Then again, maybe not
  5. Rumor has it, there is actually a baseball team in the Twin Cities besides the Saints.
  6. Rocco doesn't have anything to do with the entire bullpen being traded.
  7. Came back just in time to see another Twins loss. At this point wins and losses don't matter so its the little things that will matter next year that count. Nice to see Lewis get two hits and steal a base. Lawyerson has looked like a keeper in his outing so far, and Keaschall extended his hitting streak to 7 games. I don't really see a spot for McCusker on the 2026 roster. Go Twins.
  8. Is it a MLB gameday error or was ball one to Kody middle middle?
  9. I added Parker Messick in my Fantasy League this morning which is turning out to be a great move.
  10. 8 swinging strikes for the Twins in that inning alone
  11. Speaking of low OPS with the Twins, Jonah Bride just hit a three run homer in St. Paul. His OPS was .436 this season. Edit: and now a Sacrifice Fly to score Fedko
  12. Looking into it, he's actually been really good. 1.83 E.R.A. over 29.1 innings this season
  13. I laughed out loud when I heard this news. At this point I would be shocked if they take any steps toward contention next season which is really sad because they have a good core group to build around.
  14. Old friend Taylor Rogers would be a good pickup this offseason. He and his brother Tyler could probably both be acquired decently cheaply, and we all know they could use the bullpen help. I don't know how much money the Pohlads would spend, but either of those two along with maybe reunited with Danny Couloumbe could be cheap and could really bolster a weak 2026 rotation. I doubt that any of those three would have to be paid more than 5 million.
  15. I'm very impressed with Christian Vazquez's motivation to come back this season. I assumed when he was diagnosed that he would be out for the season. The Twins are in need of a backup catcher, and I wouldn't entirely mind if he was brought in with a more reasonable deal than last time, maybe 1 year 4.5-5 million. They could certainly do a lot worse. Kyler Fedko has been raking all season long, and it would be nice to see him getting a call-up for the few remaining games the Twins have this season.
  16. Luke Keaschall hasn't been great over the last couple weeks but he hasn't been terrible. He's still getting on base and he's still scoring runs. If this is his version of a slump, than we should be satisfied. We can only hope that he doesn't have a sophomore slump like so many other Twins have had.
