    Love it. The Saints broadcasters have had to listen to NDSU commentary so long that they have adapted their pronunciation of Bisons using the 'z' in their name.

    Did the goalies show up? Seems a high score being 2-2 for a knockout match.

    We know that our bullpen is going to be garbage. The hope is that we can knock around the Yankee bullpen. Especially knowing that Rodon just went on the 15-day IL so we will potentially be facing a bullpen game tomorrow from the Yankees. Getting them worn down tonight will help the rest of the weekend.

    Maybe the idea of Jenkins staying healthy longer than it takes a Klondike bar to stay frozen in the summer heat?

    Rojas should absolutely be on his way to New York right now. If Roden is going to be called up, it will likely be when the Twins come home since they are facing two LHP in Cole and Rodon. No point in calling up a LH bat when you're likely going to sit him. Edit: The good news is, with the LHP going for the Yankees, we shouldn't be seeing Gray much this series. Hopefully Buxton is back in CF and Kreidler is manning SS.

    I don't mind Gomez here. I know it's a 5 run lead. With the heavy hitters for Houston coming up, it pays to try to shut the door and not allow any rallies to percolate.

    I don't mind that eye black setup by Royce. We have seen Willi have a similar one in the past. It's the arrow-one that bothers me. Reminds me of an old western where the Native Americans are colored up in ridiculous paint for the movie.

    I'm not sold on full ABS until they cover the entire strike zone. Currently, the ABS system just measures the pitch on a 2D plane in the middle of the plate. I guarantee there are pitches that cover parts of the zone, but are out of the zone when measured by ABS. Until they fix that, I'm ok with the current system.

    I am a little surprised that Larnach is still in the game for defense. He just batted in the 8th so he shouldn't be batting again in the 9th. Fedko should probably be in the game right now.

    The Twins got out of that inning so fast that I'm pretty sure I hear Texas Highway Patrol trying to pull them over for speeding.

    Can't argue much with you. I would say that Zoll never took the position until a week or so before the season started. He was in the office but not pulling the strings. I don't think he is our future. But, like this entire season, he is out of position and unqualified for the job he is asked to do.

    I would be making a call to St Paul and tell them not to throw Rojas tonight as he needs a plane to New York. I'm unsure that he is the answer, but he is closer to it than Laweryson.

    I have been critical of Keaschall's defense all year long at second for that lob toss. Kody does the same thing and it costs us.

    Clemens is doing his best Willi impression. Clemens even has a little more power than Willi.

    Kreidler needs to be more vocal. I'd rather he miss the ball in front of him than Gray going out and doing what Correa did to Buxton and create a mess.
