That makes 2 bad sends in back to back games since I thought his send of Clemens yesterday was a bad send as well.

Prielipp didn't have the best outing. Sounds like he settled down after the first inning and gave the Twins some length. Hopefully part of the learning curve for the young man.

I visited there once after going to see the Field of Dreams site. Kernels weren't in town unfortunately.

I had just looked it up and it seems to be an add-on for an additional 9.99 a month. While cheaper than Apple TV, still defeats the purpose of MLB.TV.

For all of you that actually watched the play. The radio guys suggested that because the runner did not deviate from his path to make contact with Keaschall, there was no intentional interference and that's why it wasn't called.

I have Prime. I just looked at it and I would still have to pay for it through them instead of just Apple TV.

The radio guys were pretty convinced that it should have been interference. Keaschall gets an error on the play to boot.

Atterbury states that Kwan has been 1 for his last 16 ABs. Foreshadowing on this game is going to go.....

I have to depend on the radio. Nice that they have Perkins on the radio call tonight. Is it raining in Cleveland now? They're talking about putting diamond dust on the pitcher's mound.

Tough assignment for Wallner given the lefty. He had a decent game a couple of days ago. Looks nice to see Lee moving up in the lineup. Some commentators that I follow are suggesting this weekend is the last ride for Lewis prior to a decision having to be made. Culpepper, although tearing it up in Las Vegas this week, is still the DH while he is battling an injury I believe. When he is back to the field and still performing, then I believe the serious question surrounding Lewis needs to be addressed.

I will have to agree with the tone of the commenters and the article that Borrego is definitely an improvement over Watkins. It seems like he better understands the abilities of the runners on base. Definitely an improvement over sending runners on all contact plays no matter how silly it may look. I would disagree about the Clemens send yesterday. A very short fly ball to center field with average speed just seemed like a terrible idea from the start. Overall, his approach has seemed to be better so an aggressive error here or there is part of the job.

I don't mind the bunt. I do find it interesting that they had him bunt considering Lovelady hasn't been able to find the strikezone yet.

Two good plays in the outfield have kept the game in hand. They should have not thrown home. That cost us the second run.

The replay looked like that Martin just overran the base and got hung up. It didn't look like the 3rd base coach sent him, but I could have missed something.

Fully agree. I'm hoping the couple of days off will help clear his head and he gets some extra time in the cage to work on things. They may send him down at some point. I would guess if they did that then they have a plan for him and not just sending him down because he is stinking up the joint.

I can listen to the radio broadcast from the MLB app. I did that on Sunday when they were on Peacock.

My hope for Lewis is that he doing a lot of cage work and he is working on some mechanics at the plate. I foresee him in the starting lineup Friday night in Cleveland. Just looked it up. The stupid game is on Apple TV.

That was a terrible send, especially for Clemens. Maybe Buxton could have beat that out, but not Clemens.
