    The organization they should model is the Padres. They seem to understand that sports is entertainment. They talk about winning and take action to support it. Sign exciting players, make moves to get better, and win. They are competitive every year and average over 40,000 fans per game. We wouldn’t even have to spend as much money as them, but you have to give people a reason to watch, attend games, and buy merch.
