    Kroenke just finished obtaining the Angels for 4 billion (right after the Padres were sold), As some of you know, he has quite a portfolio (along with his wife) of owning sport franchises. Rams in football, Nuggets in the NBA, Avalanche in the NHL, Colorado Rapids in the MLS, Premier English League ARSENAL in football/soccer,. as well as ..lacrosse and other pro sport teams, It will be interesting to see if he starts to boost the team to fill the seats and draw from the Dodgers.

    Nice send off to Verlander in the pregame...class act having these former Twins do a shout out to him. I saw him pitch a couple of times with dynamite stuff.

    Maybe ..Larnach..Jeffers...Bell...most likely to be gone...Larnach certainly...Bell and Jeffers will be missed...but Bell has turned into a full time DH... replaceable with perhaps Keasch...I am really not sold on Caratini as the primary catcher, but doubt they will pay Jeffers the asking price...the #1 drafted will not be ready.

    i actually resided in England and Spain for many years...traveled all over Europe...one thing I found strange was the airport check at entrance..very extenisve...

    So much to experience there...Queenstown is laid back hippie type location...outdoor hikes///much more....I was in Christchurch just before the earthquake...there is an incredible Antarctic museum at the airport (base for many of the expeditions) walk among the penguins at the museum....Auckland is a big city...did hignsiding on an Americas Cup Yacht...

    I live in San Diego..flew nonstop from LA. Cannot recall...nonstop...you actually lose a day due to the time change

    He was always a decent dude with the team. I believe that he would wear a Twins cap in the Hall...at 29..he still has years left...if he made 3000 hits it would help
