Probably not the same fluid(s) that the rest of us are usually throwing back!

Howz about we take Ober out right now...let him catch a little happy nappy, rest a bit, pump some fluids in him...then start him in the 2nd game? He can probably give us 5 decent innings in the nightcap!

It's a big no from me, for Rich "Over the" Hill.
  4. CRF
    Well...one is better than none.
  5. CRF
Well that ain't effing good! DAMN!!!

I hate these crapple tv games!

I don't want to say that this is a make or break series, but it's an EXTREMELY important series. We need to take at least 3 of 4 from Cleve. If we roll over again to these guys, we're in big trouble. We need to get a fire in our belly and show that we can beat them. We've got KC for 3 next and they're right on our ass. Time to suck it up and play to our capabilities. Everyone. That includes the manager and his decision making. This 7 game stretch could get us up to the top...or drop us down so it might be damn tough to come back from.

She certainly has the "equipment" to be successful. I'd pay to see it! Put her out on the mound...what do we have to lose!
  9. CRF
Oh well...day off tomorrow, lick the wounds, hope Ryan is ok...and then come back here against Cleve and see if we have any cohones.

Nice to see that Caleb is back to normal.

Yo Pete...are you a doc in your spare time? Very impressive!
  12. CRF
Looks like the perfect recipe to go 2-2.
  13. CRF
    Throwing punches? Or throwing up?
  14. CRF
So true. Yeah, we've got the 4th best record in the AL...and that's despite the manager.
  15. CRF
Oh boy...we could be in some trouble today. C'mon guys...gotta rise to the occasion and go crazy today. Give us 20 hits and 10 runs!

Nice story and I wish him well, but he's not major league caliber...I don't know if he ever was. I don't know if he's even AAA caliber. Give him his release and see if he can latch on somewhere else. He's low level organizational depth at best.
  17. CRF
At the very least...send him back to StP. He definitely shouldn't be up here.
  18. CRF
Well...I think we got Imanaga'd tonight. Gotta get em tomorrow afternoon.
  19. CRF
That was a nice play by Miranda.
  20. CRF
    DAMN!
  21. CRF
    Your wish is Rocco's command!
  22. CRF
Imo...the memo is Rocco years old.
  23. CRF
He was 40 years old too when he played here.
  24. CRF
    Please...not The Dobber.
  25. CRF
Only 1 hit, and luckily it left the yard. We're not out of this one just yet. Got to get something going here.
