I's like to see someone pinch hit for Lewis. Give him a little humility.

But nobody, I mean nobody wears eye black like he does.

Just not nice to boo. I don't think I have ever heard Twins fans boo their own players. After they leave the Twins yes, but not while a Twin.

My expectations are lowering with every game.

    zero runners wasted. Total efficiency.

Reputation points? We don't need no stinking reputation points!

Maybe they're expecting Bert to stop in the booth for a few words.

This is the third time I have watched Adams pitch. (once in person) He needs to go back to AAA.

Mize is simply throwing strikes. Going to have 9 outs on less than 40 pitches.

I don't want to say, Chief will yell at me.

I think the ball has two flat spots now. Where the bat hit it and where the ball hit the seats.

Nice view of the last two rockets hit Chief.

overrated stat. Just like the RBI.

As the saying goes, be careful of what you wish for, you just might get it.

    no response

Agreed. I asked on another thread if it is necessary to have a hall of fame inductee every year.

considering the lack of hitting on this team that is really something.

According to Rocco's press conference the Twins are "trying to win every game in order to get back into contention". We may se the retreads first.

yep. The bullpen is constantly stressed and shorthanded when 2 out of 5 games played is basically a bullpen day. I feel sorry for Gasper. He has played a long time in the minors, done well the last couple of years, but is overmatched in the big leagues. Perhaps Rocco making him the DH is a passive agressive F.U. to Falvey for having to roster him.

    oh boy.

Yeah, started in the early 1960's. I catch myself being very critical and negative to the players and forget just how hard it is to square up the ball. My comment was more to myself than anyone.

The game of baseball looks so easy watching it on TV.

    He's still on the roster?
