    According to Rocco's press conference the Twins are "trying to win every game in order to get back into contention". We may se the retreads first.

    yep. The bullpen is constantly stressed and shorthanded when 2 out of 5 games played is basically a bullpen day. I feel sorry for Gasper. He has played a long time in the minors, done well the last couple of years, but is overmatched in the big leagues. Perhaps Rocco making him the DH is a passive agressive F.U. to Falvey for having to roster him.

    Yeah, started in the early 1960's. I catch myself being very critical and negative to the players and forget just how hard it is to square up the ball. My comment was more to myself than anyone.
