  1. They are, what do you think the Twins record would be if they played in the AL East?
  2. Correa, Ryan, Arraez, Duran, Kiriloff, Miranda, & Gordon. That's about it. The rest of the team, you can have it. That includes Buxton if he can't stay healthy.
  3. 3rd? Teams that are better...Houston, Boston NY, Tampa, Toronto, Seattle, and I would argue Texas. Based on how they are playing Baltimore(who is at .500 and Cleveland based on recent head to head choke jobs against them.
  4. That's great, who will play short,Royce Lewis, with bad knees. Most importantly, who wil get anybody out. I see very little in this staff that gives me confidence. And no 2-3 quality pitchers is not enough, and I see little help from the minor leagues
  5. The 62 Mets...lol. I'm compareing them to other AL teams. They probably rank 9th or 10th
  6. RISP 1-8. 10 baserunners in 5 innings, 1 run
  7. They will be worse next season with Correa gone. I don't see a core of players here that will lead to any level of success.
  8. It's easy, I expect nothing from this organization, and other than 2019, tht's what I have seen since 2010. I'm ok with it, but I'll still objectively comment.
  9. I am just mirroring what I see. Do you see something different?
  10. 1st place or not, this team is a mess. Don't like what I'm seeing at all. They don't do ANY of the little things good teams do. They will probably win the division at 81-81. I could care less if they make the playoffs. I need to see improvement first. Won't be long and Seattle will have a better record.
  11. It's been awhile since ANY starter has been sharp
  12. I think we are going to lose this game, too many missed opportunities. With a good Brewers bullpen, and a bad Twins bullpen this team just walked itsef into a corner today. Typical. The Twins are a bad baseball team, and have been for the past near two months.
  13. 2 on no outs and the next two guys don't make contact. Buxton on his way to the Mendoza line. He has to be hurt, cause there is NO WAY he could suck that bad.
  14. yeah cause scoring runs doesn't matter
  15. 8 baserunners, 1 run so far...sound familiar?
  16. Brewers starters look vulnerable? Hmm then, how do the Twins starters look?
  17. Another bad effort by our starting pitchers. Even in the win on Sunday, starter didn't pitch well. I think we will struggle to beat any good team the reminder of the season. They will eat our staff alive.
  18. Somehow won that game, but the problems remain, and will until the bullpen is fixed
  19. correct, but this is NO formula for season long success
  20. good grief...he has no business closing games for a "contender". Thanks FO
