  1. Home field only an item for the first round. Home team for batting ...... that is important too.
  2. There is was again.... totally out of control..... good thing Rosario is a lefty.
  3. Would so love to see a walk off homer off of Bean Ball Sims.
  4. I can think of a better way to head into the post season than getting hardly any hits and a walk off in the 9th~! How about a 10-0 shutout!!!!
  5. Lotta nerve letting Sims throw again.... Where did Cruz go? We really need him next week.
  6. Still off the plate, even if it is strike one, Dick.
  7. 2 hits after 7. I sure hope they aren't practicing for the post season.
  8. Hey. Oakland gets hits with the bases loaded! What a novel concept.
  9. Oakland now 5-2. Dick still showing 3-2!
  10. Twins will need more than 2 hits to win this game.........
  11. Oakland with bases loaded and one out.
  12. Is it Smeltzer time yet? Or maybe Rogers? I guess Clippard it doing just fine........
  13. Cleveland wants that 4th seed. Making a run for it now....... the 6th inning ends at 6-5. Still some work to do. Yankees losing again and setting it up for the Blue Jays to take the 5th seed, but the Jays are in trouble now....... I would have so loved to see the Yankees fall to 8.
  14. .... or Glen Perkins.
  15. Time for Cruz to wake up from his nap!
  16. My favorite scenario for this playoff season would be for the Twins to have the third seed, Chicago the 4th, and Cleveland the 7th, and for the Central teams to all advance to the Divsion round. I'm tired of the "weak" division BS. How about the AL LEast?
  17. I think it is the head coach. The defensive head coach whose teams give up more points that seems possible.
  18. Hill looked great. Saw him pitch many games like this for the Dodgers.
  19. Now the score is even again, and both runs were "unearned" in reality but not in the score book.
  20. Neither one committed to the catchable fly ball. Buxton would be pulling up and catching it. And Wisler gives up an inherited run for his starter. Damn.
  21. Wow, how does a pitcher just drop the ball there.......
  22. YES! I remember that.
  23. Maybe they are watching the White Sox and Oaklands scores, seeing if the Sox are sure to lose and Oakland can win, and being in opportune position to perhaps tank this game at the right time, if needed, to get the third seed and play Houston in the first round...... Naaaaa, couldn't be.
  24. How does that even happen with no crowd making noise? Nobody is calling it?
